DG Therapy Group

Physical Therapists (PTs) Facilitate the development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.

Working with students with disabilities and serious health impairments, the physical therapist is expected to analyze risk, problem solve effectively and demonstrate a high level of professional judgment when recommending and providing services, making environmental modifications and training staff to manage physical needs at an appropriate level of supervision.

Work with children of all ages and their support group (parents, care givers, teachers, etc) to improve the quality of their lives through Home/Classroom programs, training, consultation, etc. PTs create/modify programs according to individual needs. This may involve environmental modifications. They also review treatment periodically, evaluate progress and modify treatment as appropriate.

Child Physical Therapist Jobs in Los Angeles, Southern California

1 year or more experience with the 0-3 population is a plus but not necessarily a must.
